If achievements or leaderboards are not updating, confirm that Game Center is signed in, then open Questibbles → Settings → Game Center → Sync progress now.
Learning records
Questibbles learning records and backups are files you choose to export. Teachers must confirm a learning record before it is imported into Teacher Mode.
Common questions
Can I play without location access?
Yes. Questibbles supports stationary and indoor play. Location enables map exploration, nearby Nibbles, Hunts and compass features, but learning content remains available without it.
Does Questibbles store where I walk?
Questibbles does not store a detailed route history. If you switch on “Remember where I finish a card”, it can save one approximate location for completed cards. You can clear remembered places from Settings → Location & Privacy.
My Game Center score has not changed.
Make sure Game Center shows as connected inside Questibbles. Use “Sync progress now” in Game Center settings after completing an Encounter or Hunt. During TestFlight development, some newly configured Game Center components may still be awaiting Apple review.
How do I reset my local progress?
Open Questibbles → Settings → Data Management. You can export a backup before deleting progress if you want to keep a copy.
Report a problem during beta testing
The preferred route during TestFlight is Apple’s built-in beta feedback system. This attaches useful build and device information to your report.
- Open the TestFlight app.
- Select Questibbles.
- Choose Send Beta Feedback.
- Add a screenshot and explain what happened, what you expected and whether you can reproduce it.

Accessibility
Questibbles includes options for reduced motion, larger controls, extended answer time, stationary play, wheelchair-friendly wording, read-aloud questions and alternative reading fonts. These options are available under Settings → Accessibility.
